We would like to facilitate a virtual flea market by posting items for sale, trade, or give away in our weekly newsletter. If you would like to add something to the virtual flea market corner send an email or drop by the office with detailed information. Don't forget to add a phone number where you can be contacted and a price if applicable. We will be hosting the virtual flea market in our normal TIS newsletter starting next week.
The past two years we have offered a small summer school program for students who were around for part of the summer. If you are interested in this program, please fill out the attached form.
On 28 May at 6:00 in the Mosher Building Mr. D’Alterio will present the TIS budget for the 2008-09 school year. TIS is a non-profit organization and all the tuition goes into making the school run. Next year there will be an $800 increase in tuition for students 5 years old through secondary IV. Out preschool will increase $300. The increase is due to the drop in the value of the dollar and the increase in salaries. Please join us to learn more about our budget.
Please return the Intention forms we sent home a few weeks ago. We need this information to plan for the next school year. We will be sending out applications and invoices on Monday to all those who have returned their forms.
The invoices for the 2008-09 school year were sent home yesterday. Parents and organizations are encouraged to pay early if possible. This entitles you to up to a $500 discount and helps us to cover the many summer expenses. Thank you!
